If AI could do your job better than you, should your company replace you?

Artificial intelligence is changing the way we work. AI can process information quickly, automate repetitive tasks, and sometimes perform specific tasks more efficiently than humans. But being good at a task is not the same as understanding the human impact of a decision.
So, if AI could perform your job better than you, should your company replace you?
Think Beyond “AI vs. Human”
A workplace is not only about speed and productivity. Humans bring creativity, empathy, communication, responsibility, experience, judgment, and the ability to understand situations that may not fit neatly into data.
At the same time, refusing to use AI simply because it is new may prevent people and businesses from benefiting from useful technology.
A Better Question
Instead of asking “Should AI replace humans?”, perhaps we should ask:
“How can humans and AI work together so technology improves our work without reducing the value of people?”
AI could handle repetitive and time-consuming tasks while people focus on creativity, relationships, leadership, problem-solving, and important decisions.
